1- The order needs to be received at least 72 hours before arrival.
2- Your order must be of at least $300.
3- The delivery fee is $50. For orders over $500, delivery is free.
4 -You can pay via the PayPal or through the 3D secure platform for VISA, MASTERCAD or AMEX payments.
5 -We deliver only on the day of your check-in. We do not offer grocery restocking services.
6-Orders can be canceled 72 hours before arrival but with a penalty of $30. We are not be responsible for any commission/bank or PayPal fees that may apply.
7-If you choose any of the packages of ingredients from the Del Concierge category, they only include fresh ingredients. The service of cooking or preparation must be coordinate with the concierge in charge of the house.
8-If the brand that you ordered isnot available, we will replace it with the same from another brand.
